First of all you have to kno wat is File Page and Folders.

File page is a page which u links directly to ur Home page
examples:
http://finestloft.xtgem.com/forum
And http://ishaqwaps.xtgem.com/Guestbook

Folder is where u uploads and also create a pages as many as u like.
Examples Of Folder:
Javascript/Tools/Animation/Motor!
Remember the first Name Javascript is folder and rest are inside the folder.
